We recommend any of the private shippers (FedEx, UPS), plus United States Postal Service insured or registered. Any of those options will give you a tracking or confirmation number. Be sure to include a contact name, phone number and return address. Please also include a copy of your ownership guide if possible.
Return Authorization numbers are no longer required, so there's no need to call in before sending your repairs. Simply use your store name and the date you are sending your packages as your RA number. You may also include your own internal job number and we can track repairs by either. Remember to provide your name, address, phone number and instructions with every order.
As always, repair timelines are still approximately two to four weeks. There can be exceptions and in such a case we will contact you.
